Check-In
Tournament Headquarters: Legion Park (Thursday) and Woodburn High School (Friday-Sunday)
Required Materials
1. Roster | 6 typed copies of the Official Tournament Roster, including birth dates, State player ID numbers(if issued) and if applicable Certified Roster form signed by club Registrar.
2. State-Issued Player Card | Player card for each player on the roster or a signed roster by your club registrar with all of your players listed. Your player cards must be US Club Soccer cards or USYS cards.

Teams playing their first matches at sites other than Woodburn High School must check in at Tournament Headquarters prior to their first match.
